Material: loading list and delivery note

In ScaffConnect, material moves through two lists:

  • The loading list tells the warehouse what has to go on the truck for a construction site. It's a work order for the warehouse.
  • The delivery note records which material was issued to a customer or returned by them, signed by the warehouse and the customer.

  1. The site manager creates the loading list for the construction site, in the app or on a PC from an Excel material list or a Scaffmax file.
  2. The site manager or the office makes it visible to the warehouse (Release for the warehouse, see Making a list visible to the warehouse).
  3. The warehouse loads it: the status goes from Open through In progress to Loaded.
  4. If needed, the warehouse locks the list against changes (Locking).

The crew sees the visible loading lists of their construction site in the work order.
